This class is for anyone wanting to maintain a healthy spine or relieve back strain. It is focused on improving posture and alignment, strengthening core and back muscles, and increasing spinal flexibility. Learn relaxation techniques to relieve back pain, reduce stress, and quiet the mind. If you have any serious back issues, check with your doctor to be sure that a yoga class is appropriate for you. All levels welcome but you must be able to get up from your mat without assistance.
