Learn the Yang Style Long Form, a slow, graceful, rhythmic exercise, which promotes good health and improves balance, memory and concentration. The Yang Style Long Form is a series of postures which are broken into three sections. In addition the participants will be introduced to Qi Gong movements that promote respiratory health as well as assist in relaxing muscles.
