CE CREDIT This class provides 3 hours of Contract Law This class will be taught in person. The course focuses on reviewing residential employment agreements, residential contracts, and associated forms which Real Estate Agents may use when representing their customers/clients. This interactive workshop will help agents better understand when to use specific forms, the importance of following up on key tasks in the contract process and communicating with their client. By having a greater understanding of this information, licensed real estate agents will be able to provide a higher level of service to clients and customers. This course is being provided by Arizona Real Estate Education, LLC in conjunction with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
