This all levels Pilates class will focus on strengthening your body core, improving stability and balance and to help you to feel better through movement! Using both classical Pilates exercise and fusion of Pilates and Yoga and Pilates and Barre, the upbeat class will help you to feel stronger, taller and experience more freedom of movement in your body! Exercises are done both on the floor and standing on a mat. All levels of athletic ability are encouraged to attend.
