Description
Adult Aikido is an introductory class to the Japanese martial art of Aikido. Students will receive step-by-step instruction on various warm up and fundamental self-defense techniques. This class will also help students increase flexibility, balance, core strength, and situational awareness. Wear loose, athletic clothing.
