It is perfect for those looking to improve their cardio game, postural lower back/hip mobility and the post-natal mom in need of restoring the effects of pregnancy! This class is appropriate for every fitness level and men and women of all ages. Modifications are cued for every exercise. Please bring your own yoga mat and water to class.
