Description
Spring Valley's rustic and cozy log cabin is the ideal place for yoga. Nurture your mind and body in this relaxing setting. These 13-week classes are perfect for either beginners or those with previous yoga experience. Participants must bring their own yoga mat and small blanket and are welcome to bring straps and blocks if they wish. Space is limited, so register early for these weekly sessions. Participants are able to park at the Cabin. Ages 18+
