Rest and recharge in the beauty of nature! We will meet at the St. Matthew's Church parking lot, then walk together to Merkle Cabin where we'll learn mindfulness tools including outdoor meditation, mindful eating, art therapy, and yoga. Light snacks and tea/lemonade will be provided. Please contact Spring Valley with any dietary restrictions. Ages: 18+
