In this workshop you will create 3 beautiful decoupage scallop shells that can be used as trinket dishes or hang as art. Choose from a wide variety of themes and prints to make your design. This is a simple four step process using scallop shells, which make great keepsakes or gifts. Heat guns will be used to speed up the drying process.
