A typical practice session will include 30 minutes of Qigong and 10 minutes meditation. The rest of the hour will include instruction in one movement of a Chen-style 48-movement form and practice of that movement, followed by practice of the entire form.
These practice sessions are designed to be appropriate for people who have taken the beginning Tai Chi class (once or a few times) but are intended to be accessible to anyone.
