Power yoga is the ultimate mind-body exercise and it's set in a perfectly peaceful setting at Riveredge Nature Center. Under the guidance of Sam Lammers, of SOYO Studio, participants will stretch through a heat building, strength building practice outdoors surrounded by fresh air and sunshine. Stay for a gentle practice to follow, paired with a forest bathing meditation walk to make it a full evening of flexibility, balance and restoration. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you might need to stay comfortable in an Outdoor setting. Space is limited & pre-registration is required in an effort to keep everyone safe & healthy!
