Pilates is an incredible form of movement that connects us deep into our core. The practice emphasizes moving mindfully with intention and awareness; this is what creates a powerful mind-body connection. This class will combine the elements of physical strengthening and therapeutic exercises. We will explore the fundamentals of Pilates to create a deeper understanding of the exercises and increase overall body awareness. Modifications will be offered. All levels welcome.
