Tai Chi is an internal form of Chinese Martial Arts known for its slow, graceful movements and breathing techniques. It has become a popular form of exercise all over the world. Like most exercises, practicing Tai Chi can help one improve their strength, flexibility, circulation, and relaxation. COVID guidelines will be implemented and practiced at each class meeting. The City of San Jose is following the county guidelines and will continue to monitor and make the necessary changes to meet the county guidelines.
