An accessible dance class originally designed forthe Parkinson's community, but welcoming anyonefacing mobility challenges alongside their lovedones. Through seated and supported movements,we will practice improving balance, coordination,and confidence. Come tap into the joy of dance,build strength, and leave feeling empowered andconnected– no dance experience is needed!
