Fit Hit 42:54 concentrates on a person being fit as they are proficient in general physical skills: Cardiovascular, respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Each days workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that capable of anything and everything. Class runs 42 minutes and 54 seconds.
