This Speed program is designed to enhance student-athletes speed, acceleration and change of direction during (18) 50-minute sessions. We will have measurable metrics to prove our methods are successful. This is not a sport-specific program. All sports need to develop speed to accel on the field. Students will be learning how to be consistent when stretching, running the 40-yard dash (stance & start), the importance of 10-yd spilt (the Drive phase) and etc. Additionally, we will develop quick twitch muscles, proper shin angle, body rejuvenation techniques and more. Two locations: Texas A&M University-San Antonio at 11am (Sun) & Comanche Lookout Park at 6pm (Tues & Thurs). Addresses will be emailed to attendees. Payments will be invoiced on an individual basis offline. Payment plans and scholarships available. This payment only covers the first 4 sessions (first session is free)
