Personal training at the YMCA is a way to get a one-on-one workout that is convenient for you. Our professional and certified trainers will design a program to help you meet your personal goals. We will guide you in creating a personalized training program whether you are new to fitness or an avid athlete looking to ramp up your workout. Personal training is affordable and sessions can be tailored to your schedule. We offer a variety of sessions, including private and buddy sessions (2 or 3).
