The YMCA is America's favorite swim instructor with proven success. Adults are introduced to the water and total submersion, then progress to kicking and pulling independently with flotation. Once comfortable, basic strokes, deep water skills, and diving are encouraged while on the way to swimming flotation free. These classes are designed for adults who are learning to swim and led by an experienced, caring instructor with feedback specific to your individual needs.
