This activity is closed to further registration.
Senior fitness is low impact exercise for people ages 50+. It helps with balance; you can work with weights, do aerobics and stretching. Everyone works at their own pace and ability.
Covid -19 safety precautions have been lifted in Saint Paul. Participant can wear a mask if they wish but not required, bring your own water bottle, if you exhibit any Covid-19 symptoms stay home and notify recreation center you registered with. Hand sanitizer will be available.
