Follow along with Coach Holly for 10 minutes of core strength! This workout is done pyramid-style and will go by fast, so stick with it! IMPORTANT: This is designed to be paired with a 30 to 45 minute run (or run/walk) so that you can immediately feel the benefits of your newfound core engagement in your running. Watch yourself run taller, find balance between breathing easy and staying engaged in the core and feel more relaxed in the areas that should be (neck/shoulders, arm swing, foot strike).
