Recreational leagues that play under Arkansas High School rules with some additional league rules. Teams must have four (4) players to start a game. Teams consist of six (6) players on the court at one time (6 on one side of the net and 6 on the other side of the net). A team may not have more male players than female players on the court. A team may not at any time have 3 male players in a row.
