If first time participant in any recreation activity, please provide a copy of a birth certificate and proof of insurance to the recreation office via mail, email, fax or walk in.
Please note if space is available after the registration deadline, late registration fee of $5.00 will apply.
Please Note: We are still exercising COVID 19 Rules: Wear protective mask over nose and mouth. ( RECOMMENDED ) Wait 6 feet apart. Avoid close contact. Wash your hands, use sanitizers or wear gloves.
