With guided meditation & props we will work on gently relaxing the spine gradually to ease lower back pain, boost and rejuvenate the immune system. This can be a very good way to strengthen, stretch & relax no matter what your physical condition.
Pay for the series or $10 drop-in to the instructor. All drop-in participants must sign a waiver.
Your own mat, blanket, blocks and strap are recommended. Wear comfortable clothes.
