Increase stamina, reduce fat, improve bone density and balance, plus strengthen and tone muscles! We combine short cardio intervals with resistance training, emphasizing proper form, and modifying for all fitness abilities. Sandy is an experienced and skilled, certified personal trainer and massage therapist, who uses our bodyweight and a variety of equipment to get results. Gain knowledge and receive individual attention, along with our great workouts! Let's get motivated, challenge ourselves, and have fun while improving our health and fitness together!
