Let Them Eat Cake (AM): Do you love to bake your cake and eat it, too? This five-day camp will cover basics such as how to properly prepare cake pans, the perfect cake recipe and carving multiple layers. This course will then transition into a more advanced cake decorating lesson. From crumb coats to fondant, your junior chef will create their very own delicious cake creations. This camp will end with a fun “Nailed It” style challenge!
Tour de France (PM): NEW! Join us on a mouth-watering exploration of authentic and traditional French Cuisine with some delicious French classics. This class will include sweet and savory dishes, everything from sauces, breads, soups, amazing meat dishes all the way to the perfect pate a choux. Come find out how to put a little “ooh la la” on your plate!
ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED IN FEE. Please bring a face mask, peanut-free snack, lunch, and are fillable water bottle. Wear sunscreen and appropriate closed toe footwear for safety and outdoor play.
