Barre is a full-body, low impact workout that incorporates ballet-inspired moves. The class focuses on small and controlled movements with light weight or resistance, isometric holds and high repetition, designed to burn 500-700 calories per class, while sculpting the body at the same time. Barre helps to improve your overall posture, change your body composition, strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and reduce stress. No dance background is necessary!
Wear sticky (grippy) socks. Socks can be purchased at the studio. Participants must wear a face mask (subject to change).
