The ancient Chinese form of Qigong is gaining popularity as a tool to improve mental concentration and balance the mind and emotions. Come explore techniques which pair breath and movement. Learn the basic theory of Qigong and discover why and how it works. Tap into your creative energy, balance your life, and learn to calm the mind. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow to sit on.

This class will be using Zoom, a third-party application. Please be aware that you will need to agree to the terms of use for the 3rd party application in order to participate in this class. There will be no additional fee associated with use of this application. Instructions and troubleshooting for this class and the third-party application will be emailed to you upon completion of registration and will be received no later than 24 hours before the first class).
Once you have registered for the class, a separate email will be sent no later than 24 before the first class to the email account we have for you in ActiveNet. This email will include technical support contacts, links to virtual classrooms and passwords if necessary, as well as information on the usage of the online classroom for your class.
