About this event
We are implementing our CIT or Counselor In Training Program for Summer '22. Your young adult will be an important member of the Blue Compass team as we they work along side our 10-13 year old campers. They will mentor their camper, help them navigate the many elements of camp and be there for them as a friend and peer. This program will include Zoom trainings starting in January, self directed training modules, and life skills training: including resume and cover letter writing, mock interviews, budget planning and time management trainings. Our CIT will attend all 8 days of camp and be immersed in the Blue Compass program. After graduating from the program they will be qualified to become full fledged Camp Counselors, add another job to their resume and receive reference letters for future employers.
