Description
Ages 18 +
In this virtual class, enjoy a range of yoga exercises, breathing techniques and meditation. Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
Your instructor will email you before the first day of class to send you the Zoom link for the class.
Residents: $40.00 Non-Resident: $56.00 beginning on Dec 7.
