Description
Ages 55 +
Ancient martial art strengthens the body, loosens muscles, & promotes balance. The exercises focus on relaxed breathing and gentle stretching that anyone will be able to perform. Participate at your own comfort level.
Participants should bring water bottle.
Registration opens Nov 30th for Plainsboro residents. Registration for non-resident senior club members available on a limited basis for $25 beginning on Dec. 7.
