For more advanced students who have been in previous strength training classes. Students should have a stability ball, hand weights or filled water bottles, resistance bands, small ball/yoga block, chair and mat. We come down to the floor in the last 15 minutes of class.
Please Note: A large stability ball will be the required equipment for this class.
The instructor will contact you prior to the first day of class to provide you with the Zoom link for the class.
