Ages 18+
This Pilates class is good for all body types and fitness levels. Pilates stretches and strengthens the body. This class focuses on the core and builds strength in the rest of the body.
PLEASE NOTE: Masks are optional.
Resident: $45 Non-Resident: $63 beginning on Mar. 14
