This is a non-impact aquatic workout with muscle that everyone can do! It will challenge you to build your cardiovascular system, muscle strength, endurance and stamina, while greatly decreasing the stress on joints due to the reduced effect of gravity. Then, conclude class with a relaxing cool-down and gentle stretching to increase your flexibility while enjoying the massaging effects of the water.
