The Villa-Parke Boxing program is offering a coed fun and structured Olympic-style fundamentals boxing program geared towards health and fitness. The focus of the training will be improving overall fitness, mental and physical health, in a fun, non-contact environment. Non-contact boxing helps in the development of social skills, self-confidence, character and sportsmanship.
Adults: 18 +
Dates: Mon. 9/28 – Fri. 11/20 (8 weeks) No class Wed. 11/11
Space is limited. Registration is on a first come first served basis.
All participants will be required to adhere to key practices:
- Physical and social distancing of 6 feet or more
- Wear a face covering that covers nose and mouth
- Stay home if sick
- Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or hand sanitizer frequently
- Cover cough with elbow or tissue (Then dispose and wash hands)
