In recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month, join Dr. Terry Ann Scott for an educational seminar focused on diabetes prevention and overall health and wellness. Dr. Scott is the Lead Health Coach/Director of TAT Health Solutions. In her role she focuses on chronic disease prevention and health promotion, offering the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP), blood pressure education and support, lifestyle coaching, and wellness programs that help individuals make sustainable lifestyle changes. She also serves as a Healthy Living Coach and Group Exercise Instructor at the YMCA.
