If you have a pre-existing condition(s) or have recently sustained an injury, please consult your physician BEFORE signing up for any exercise or dance classes.
This class will utilize elements of several types of exercises. Class will include Pilates moves to strengthen the core and lengthen muscles and Strength Training with weights and tubes to tone arms, abs, buns, and legs. Weeks 1-4: focus on breathing, flexibility, form and safety. Weeks 5-7 focus on improving endurance, stamina, and balance. Bring a yoga mat, towel, small pillow, exercise tube, bottled water, and hand weights 2 lbs or less. Wear supportive sneakers and exercise clothing.
No Class May 31st 2021 Bring a yoga mat, towel, small pillow, bottled water, and optional hand weights. Wear comfortable clothing, bring socks & sneakers for your feet. DIRECTIONS TO PBGCHS PARKING LOT:
- From PGA BLVD & Military Trail, head south on Military to the 2nd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn left. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
- From Northlake Boulevard & Military Trail, head north on Military to the 3rd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn right. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
