Taco Salad With Corn Chips

With only 10 minutes of prep time, this taco salad should be a staple for all your upcoming camping trips.

  • 1 head of lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cans red beans
  • 1 can of diced black olives
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1-1lb bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle Catalina style dressing
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large bag of corn chips


  1. Fry the beef and drain the fat
  2. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve over corn chips
