About this event

In this class, you will focus on building basic knowledge of movement and breathing practices to balance the body and mind. Learn how to link your breath to yoga poses to become stronger and more flexible as well as more mindful in your daily life. This one-hour class will leave you feeling more open and relaxed. Classes held via zoom. A link will be sent to the email on file prior to the start of class. Minimum enrollments: 4
