Rachel is an Oak Park resident who teaches yoga and fitness classes to people of all ages, body types, abilities, experience levels and genders. She loves to share her passion for fitness and pain-free living with her community. This class is for any and all who would like to learn the basics of stress reduction, core strength, and unlocking tightened areas of the body that lead to pain or imbalances.
