Join us once a month as Central Park West transforms into Centered Park West, where body, mind and soul balance. Invoke the senses and get centered during the one and a half hour restorative yoga session. Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that stills a busy mind, balances the nervous system and improves capacity for healing, while still working on your flexibility. Each session will have a different focus that will teach you ways to find your center even after you leave. The evening will conclude with an offering of hot tea so mindfulness and balance will be with you as you leave Central Park West. If you are not ready to leave, please stay in the candle lit ambience for meditative music, mandala art and readings on mindfulness and wellness.
