Whether you are a competitive swimmer, beginner, or triathlete, there is a lane for you in Masters Swimming! With multiple workouts designed to improve your speed, technique, and overall endurance, instructor Andy Seibt works closely with you to improve all aspects of swimming. No competitive swimming knowledge is necessary for you to participate in this fun, upbeat, team experience. The typical distance for each session will range from 2500-4800 yards.
