Learning how to swim, or improving your swimming skills as an adult will open up an exciting, new range of active fitness opportunities for you! Swimming improves flexibility, muscle tone, and endurance with zero impact. Our Adult Beginner Swim Lessons (Tuesdays) are designed for those who are completely new to swimming or still maintain a certain fear in the water. You will work on becoming more comfortable in the water, submerging your entire face, floating on your stomach and back, and proper basic stroke and kick techniques.
The Adult Intermediate Lessons (Mondays) are perfect for those who are comfortable in the water and have some knowledge of swimming, but still need work on technique. Your instructor will teach freestyle with proper breathing, backstroke and breaststroke.
