Whether you are new to yoga or are eager to spend more time delving into alignment, this class will offer you the space to delve deeper into your practice. The experienced student can find challenge by diving deep into the pose, and the beginner can learn asana (poses) through detailed explanation of technique, building strength and flexibility safely. Extra time is spent on stretching the muscles warmed up during the class, allowing for the maximum benefit and the safety journey into flexibility. The teacher provides instruction to guide and support any level, encouraging growth and tapping into intuition.
Mats are available for use, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Classes will be lead by instructors trained through Moonbird Yoga.
