Zumba Gold is a class for anyone looking for a modified class that recreates all the Zumba original moves at a lower intensity. Enjoy this class with easy-to-follow choreography, using Latin Rhythms, Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue. This class will focus on all elements of fitness cardiovascular, muscular, conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Come ready to sweat and leave empowered and feeling strong.
