Back by popular demand, this hybrid (of 20/20/20 and Boot Camp) class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and a total body workout as it targets all major muscle groups. Utilizing a mix of free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, weighted bars, gliding discs and balance trainers, you'll set your own bar for how hard you want push yourself. Sweat through cardio exercise, strength training, sculpting, plyometric moves, and core work and end with a great stretch. Suitable for beginners to fitness fanatics.
