Description
A viable farmers market in Newberg where the community can gather to sell or buy fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, and quality hand crafted items in an atmosphere of friendship and goodwill.
The Newberg Wednesday Market Market shall run
every Wednesday, May thru September 15th, 4pm to 8pm.
At the corner of 2nd and College.
116 College St, Newberg OR 97132.
All potential vendors need to complete this registration form and pay a non refundable $20 application fee. After registration in complete, you will be contacted by the Market Manager to confirm your acceptance in the market.
We start accepting applications January 1st.
The Newberg Wednesday Market, is not responsible for loss or damage. There will be no discrimination according to race, color, creed, sex, religion, sexual orientation, age, or nationality. The Market Manager and the Chehalem Park and Recreation District have total on-site authority and will enforce the rules of the Market.
The undersigned vendor agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of the facilities provided by CPRD for the use of the The Newberg Wednesday Market. The vendor also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Chehalem Park and Recreation District, The Newberg Downtown Coalition, Board of Directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees), and damages whatsoever, including claims arising out of, in connection with, or incident to, the Wednesday Market.
The cost of the weekly booth fee is $25 and will be collected at the beginning of each market day.
