Level 4: Ages 6-14
Level 4 swimmers are working toward establishing the beginning of an aerobic base, streamlining their stroke mechanics and polishing freestyle and backstroke through drills and kicking exercises. Swimmers will continue learning breaststroke and butterfly fundamentals including making sure their kicks are symmetrical.
Your swimmer will also have an introduction to competitive style turns & dives like open turns and flip turn basics. As always, the appropriate water safety skills will be included during the lessons.
By the completion of Level 4 your swimmer will competently be able to swim front crawl, elementary backstroke & backstroke for 25 yards and swim breaststroke for 15 yards.

Class takes place in 42 inches of water. Classes cancelled by management will be credited to your CPRD ActiveNet account unless otherwise specified. Classes missed due to illness, vacation, etc. do not qualify for credit/make-up lesson or refund. Participant withdrawal is required at least 24 hours prior to the first class to receive full credit; a $25.00 admin fee will be levied for late withdrawals.
