About this event
Learn to draw what you see in this one-week Basics of Drawing Workshop covering fundamental concepts taught in drawing at the art-school level. Beginning with line and shape, we will move into gesture, sight-measurement, form construction, perspective, value, and basic head structure for portrait drawing. A range of materials, techniques, and drawing exercises will be introduced; with the goal of heightening your perceptual skills and helping you discover how you draw best. Includes all materials needed for class.
