This class combines resistance band exercises and bootcamp-style circuits to help you reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, and build muscle. Enjoy a supportive, community-focused environment designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Bring a water bottle and a mat, and get ready to sweat! (workouts can be modified to increase or decrease intensity)
