Aerobic Workout Saturdays 8-9 am
Lake Marion CC
This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights optional), add a 30-minute fat burning aerobic workout and end with a cool-down session.
Work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
6/25 and 7/16 class held at Stedwick CC
7/23 class will be at North Creek CC
